About Us

Front Range Food Pantry exists to bridge the food gap between school days, which can lead to hunger at home.  Our goal is to alleviate hunger by providing food for families in need.

Front Range Food Pantry works directly with schools in Douglas County, CO to find families in the community who need assistance. We come alongside families to fight hunger by giving them nutritious food - so they can live happy, healthy lives.

God has grown what began as an effort to support the students and families of Douglas County High School into a non-profit that helps families in several schools across the Douglas County School District. Since the COVID19 Pandemic, FRFP has served more than 300,000 meals to families, averaging five members per household, by working directly with local schools.

Jennie is passionate about ensuring students and their families have the food they need to succeed in school and not go hungry.

She was raised in Albuquerque, NM, and moved to Colorado in 2002. She attended the University of CO Denver for a degree in Early Childhood Development. However, her love for photography led her to take classes to become a more skilled photographer and open her own business. She is very involved with her church and volunteers with them in several different areas. She has also volunteered with Make A Wish Foundation and Night to Shine. She and her husband, Marty, have been married for 18 years and have three children. They live in Castle Rock, where they enjoy spending time outdoors and all Colorado has to offer.
